Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY

We are an online retailer of tailor-made cashmere clothing and accessories. In order to offer a personal, quality service, we don’t take our items from a factory shelf, we make our garments to order. Once your online purchase is authorised, we endeavour to have your item to you within 3 weeks. Our clothing is tailor-made to the finest standard. Each order, is an item specifically for you. This item gets shipped to us and we on ship to you. Bespoke items can sometimes take longer (allow 4-7 weeks). Once we have received your completed item, we will dispatch it and send you a notification of shipment email. This email will outline your estimated dispatch date and contain your tracking link.

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Australia & New Zealand - Delivery within 2-4 business days from dispatch date.

USA & Canada - Delivery within 3-10 business days from dispatch date.

Rest of the world (excluding Saudi-Arabia / Russia) - Delivery within 5-10 business days from dispatch date.

We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order has been dispatched. All packages must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number. Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.


Please note -

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Davis Lester will not be held liable for any fees/taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We recommend that you are familiar with your country’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as any rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.
